We do not collect Google account passwords.

3. Use of Google API Services

Our application accesses Google APIs only after explicit user authorization via OAuth.

We use Google API data strictly to enable user-configured automation workflows involving:

• Google Drive
• Google Sheets
• Google Docs
• YouTube Data API (read-only access for public channel statistics)

We do not:

• Sell Google user data
• Use Google user data for advertising
• Use Google user data for AI model training
• Transfer Google user data to third parties except as required to provide the service

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security

OAuth tokens and sensitive data are encrypted at rest and protected using industry-standard security practices. Access to user data is restricted to authorized processes required for workflow execution.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

6. User Control and Revocation

Users may revoke Google API access at any time via their Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, the application will no longer have access to Google data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• To operate secure infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality obligations
